Our Programs

We work with schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals across Tanzania. All four of our programs focus on diet change advocacy to reduce animal suffering.

School Outreach

This program introduces vegan cuisines and recipes to schools to reduce the number of animal-based meals served. We work with schools to implement initiatives like Meatless Mondays or Fridays, prioritizing the nutritional value of plant-based diets and alternative proteins. 

We also help schools establish their own gardens to reduce food costs for students while teaching concepts of entrepreneurship through plant-based food productioWe work with schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals across Tanzania. Vegan Chef Training

This program trains practicing chefs and culinary students in vegan cooking, including recipe design and menu preparation. Our goal is to increase the number of vegan options available in restaurants and street vendors across Tanzania.

Hospital Partnerships

This program connects compassion with healthy dietary choices. We partner with hospitals to promote plant-based diets and alternative proteins as a way to reduce metabolic-related conditions (non-communicable diseases) and zoonotic disease incidences in communities.
